At a show of this degree, I am sure some of you will be going to this year's fair. The organization probably has secured preferential rates with several hotels. However, with a city of that size just wanted to leave you with some personal recommendation, making sure you don't miss out!
EAT // Freemans Restaurant
This hidden-away spot in the middle of Manhatten attracts a fun crowd. Try one of their many craft cocktails or beers. I went there for a solo-dinner and could easily mingle with some of the locals around. Before heading to the restaurant, take a stroll through the Nolita neighborhood, with fun boutique shops and stores.
STAY // The William Vale
Located on the waterside of Brooklyn with breathtaking views over Manhatten. From custom metalwork details in the guest rooms to signature style of hospitality, they believe that it's the small things that make an experience. A monumental piece of art from Brooklyn-based artist Marela Zacarias decorates our lobby, with additional local artists featured throughout the hotel. The calendar of events engages Brooklyn-bred, established, and emerging talent to use The William Vale as their canvas in creative and unexpected ways.
COFFEE // Harlem Coffee Co.
Colorful coffee shop offering specialty coffees and pastries. But above all showcases the Harlem culture through art pieces showcased in the establishment and small events through the month. Perfect pit stop for your afternoon Harlem neighborhood stroll.
